    How to order?

    NOTE: Sublimation does not print white ink

    1. Read file preparation instructions - 
    UPLOAD FOLLOWING FILES: 

    • Allowed file measurements: MAX 22in WIDE 12in TALL
    • Allowed file formats - PNG, PDF, EPS, SVG
    • Allowed resolution - 150 - 300DPI (300PPI)
    • Allowed colorway - CMYK (if uploaded in RGB colours will be slightly different to what you see on your screen)
    • The design with a transparent background has to be TRANSPARENT!
    • No mirror image (Software will do it automatically)
    • Minimum thickness: 0.018 inches: Lines and text smaller than this size may not print well or transfer properly. Consider using bolder fonts and simplifying intricate details.

     

    Note: Sublimation does not print white ink. Transfers will be on opaque paper and can only be applied to white or light-colored products.

     

    2. Design your sheet as you wish.

    3. Checkout - we will check the files and let you know if there is any issues. 

    • Shipping - we aim to dispatch all orders within 24h after artwork is approved and ready to print.

    Our standard turnaround time is 1–3 business days. Orders needed the same day they are placed will be treated as RUSH ORDERS, and an additional fee will apply. Expedited shipping is also available—simply provide your required delivery date, and we’ll ensure it arrives on time. Production begins once we receive your artwork and it has been approved for quality. Please note that any issues with your files may delay the start of your order.
